Systems

Xaptec supplies ready-to-use system solutions for optimizing industrial production processes based on measuring bars and light bars.

For system houses and plant manufacturers, kcustomized testing and inspection systems are developed for quality control in belt or web-shaped production and transport systems, offering significant advantages over conventional systems.

The mechanical, optical, electronic, and software components and assemblies are designed and manufactured in Germany.

Xaptec measuring bars and light bars are characterized by:

  • Low installation space
  • No substructure
  • Short commissioning time
  • Low costs
  • High measurement resolution
  • Calibrated ex works
  • Direct data output to the PLC
  • LWIR, TOF or CMOS sensors

Conventional web inspection systems are based on matrix or line scan cameras and, unlike Xaptec measurement and light bars, require:

  • Distance to the web
  • Substructure
  • On-site calibration
  • Space in the control cabinet

The combination of sensor bars and light bars leads to versatile system configurations
